Inspiration from Norway's Sacred Heart

The design is a direct tribute to the original Rose Window of the West Front, a spectacular sight that inspired me while standing within Nidarosdomen . The original inspiration photo, taken on July 1st, 2023 , is available in the gallery.

Nidaros Cathedral is Europe's northernmost medieval cathedral, steeped in Norse heritage and the history of Saint Olav (King Olav II). It is the endpoint for many tourists following the historic Pilgrim's Route (St. Olav's Way) .
